Right out of the box, What struck me at first was the MaxGrit technology. It’s designed to dampen vibration for optimal control and precision play. Initially, I was skeptical, but after a few games, I was sold. The control I had while dinking was impressive. The spin I could generate was unlike anything I’ve experienced with other paddles.
The paddle’s strong, durable 13mm polypropylene core and fiberglass surface layer ensure a larger sweet spot in the center of the paddle. This feature has significantly improved my contact and control. However, I did notice that the rough texture, which aids in putting spin on the ball, wore off after about 10 hours of use. This was a bit disappointing considering the price point.
